The sites will be built to high standards, with multiple levels of Quality Assurance. For this price we cannot engage in lots of customer service, but we will keep you informed of progress as we go along, and we will change reasonable requests if there is something you are dreadfully unhappy with, once your sites are finished. Essentially, it's virtually a "pay and forget" model. Your sites will typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete.. for larger orders, we can stage the delivery for you, so you get some sites earlier. There are some conditions: - The
niches you supply must be suitable to find a reasonable number
of articles (or you supply articles yourself) and keywords;
- Niche
subjects, domain names and other details MUST be provided in
exactly the required format and the required forms,
otherwise work will not commence. Forms will be provided in
Excel format. If you cannot open an Excel file, you will
have difficulty providing the information in the required
format.
- Payment
is by Paypal.
- I am looking only for people who have the money available, and are prepared to make a decision and take action, and then leave us to do the work. I am not able to accommodate people who want to send me 25 emails asking dozens of detailed questions, umm and ahh, vacillate, debate the relative merits of different tools and approaches, get free coaching, and/or ask for an update every couple of days.... :-) If this is you, please don't get involved! Sorry! - I generally do not provide refunds. I have been caught a couple of times with people who just don't take action... they pay me, then don't "get around" to sending their details through. - You need to choose your niches and domains. I can help guide you on this, and have a video available for those interested. A template
will have to be agreed for your sites. We normally use one
of the "Template 10" versions. You can supply your own
if you wish, in which case we will upload it to your server.

There is obviously a limit on the numbers of these that myself and my team can do. I will be giving priority based purely on "first paid, first in"! You may have some detailed questions about exactly how the
sites will be done. The list (scope) above gives you the
idea of broadly what we will do.
You can also include up to one (only 1) other partner in your share. So if you were ordering 60 sites you could then JV these between yourself and one other person, and we will cater for the changed code and MW login (but no other changed settings).
If you
wanted to, you could also on-sell completed sites at a profit ,
because I would charge around $67 to $120 or more to build these
through the standard process! (And frankly, that's still dirt
cheap!)
So you can
use your imagination to think outside of the square.
With a
little promotion you should be able to get these sites to an
average of 0.50c per day within a couple months or three. For 40 sites
that works out at $600 per month. So your investment is fully
repaid in less than 2 months of traffic!!
